The relatives of teenagers missing after a devastating fire at a venue in a Swiss ski resort are confronting an painful wait for confirmed information and requesting any details about their loved ones via social media.
The fire devastated the a popular bar in the alpine resort, located in the Alps of the Valais region, in the early hours of New Year's Day. Verified footage reveal the roof structure catching alight as beverages with fireworks are raised in celebration.
Officials have warned that it could take days if not weeks to identify the victims of the fire, which resulted in the death of numerous partygoers and injured another over a hundred.
